The whereabouts of the family is still unknown. They have not been seen since before the blaze, which broke out in the early hours of Tuesday.

Police have still not been able to enter Osbaston House, in Maesbrook, to establish if the family was inside at the time of the blaze.

Police have asked anyone with information to call the Major Investigation Unit at Shrewsbury on 08457 444888.
