Shropshire soap queen Gabrielle Drake is set to make a comeback to the small screen after landing a role in Coronation Street – in which she first appeared more than 40 years ago. Shropshire soap queen Gabrielle Drake is set to make a comeback to the small screen after landing a role in Coronation Street – in which she first appeared more than 40 years ago. The 65-year-old actress, who lives in Much Wenlock, became a living room favourite starring in the Midlands-based soap opera Crossroads.
