Davis, who is 3ft 6in, played Ewok Willow in Return of the Jedi and magic teacher Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter movies.

He will be the star attraction at the convention due to be held at Telford International Centre on February 20. Also appearing will be actor Matthew Lewis, who plays Harry Potter's loyal friend Neville Longbottom in the movie series.

They will appear at the Midlands Movie Comic Media Expo.

Davis and Lewis will be signing autographs and taking questions as Potter fever reaches new heights.

After the success of last year's show, organisers are pulling out all the stops to ensure 2010's event is its biggest yet.

Another special guest at the convention will be Tommy Knight, from the BBC's hit Doctor Who children's spin-off series, The Sarah Jane Adventures.

On top of Harry Potter, The Sarah Jane Adventures and Robots Live, visitors will be able to enjoy a range of activities. The last time for entry will be 4pm.
