Trophies galore for farmer Ian
It was a clean sweep for Ian Pugh at Ross on Wye 2016 Christmas Primestock Show and Sale.

Ian, who farms at Three Ashes, near Ross on Wye, won Champion Beast in the show and won every class entered with four cattle coming out for the championship.
In total Ian won seven trophies, including the 'Sam Madeley' Trophy for Best Cattle Stockman and the Best Beast from a Smallholder; this in itself was unique in Ross Market.
In the last five years Ian has come away with three Show Champion prizes, and has exhibited cattle every year for 27 successive years since the new market opened in1988, except for the year of the Foot and Mouth.
