Kinver Rock Houses to become grotto

Visitors can soak up the festive atmosphere at Kinver's Rock Houses this weekend.

There will be traditional decorations and mulled wine while youngsters can explore the woodland on a family trail where they can peer inside bird boxes to find messages and questions all about the festive season.

Inside the Rock Houses, visitors will find the fires blaze and holly and ivy adorning the mantelpieces

Father Christmas will be his cave grotto where youngsters can visit him.

Children can tell him their Christmas wishes and get a gift, for £2.

The event runs on both days from 1pm until 6pm.

The famous Holy Austin Rock Houses were inhabited until the 1950s.
