The Overtones to play Shrewsbury
Five-piece vocal harmony group The Overtones will perform in Shropshire later this year.
The group will be playing at The Buttermarket in Shrewsbury on July 16.
Consisting of Timmy Matley, Mark Franks, Lachie Chapman, Mike Crawshaw and Darren Everest, the group was originally rejected from ITV1 talent show The X?Factor, but was re-discovered by a Warner Bros talent scout while they were working as decorators in a London shop.
The Overtones have enjoyed success since signing for the label, achieving four top ten albums in five years.
Popular singles include Gambling Man, The Longest Time, Loving the Sound, Love Song and Something Good.
X?Factor finalist Jay James, who appeared on the show in 2014, will also be a guest on the evening.

VIP and Gold Circle seating tickets are also be available, and include a meet and greet with the group.
