Why was it OK to put card in our green bins for years but then, all of a sudden last year, it's not due to poison in the ink? Do they think we are idiots?

Its so obvious the real reason behind this is to justify the building of the incinerator at Battlefield.
Why are we paying the same amount of council tax when we are not getting the same level of service? What I am going to do to rectify this injustice is this; on November 28 this year, one year on since cardboard collections ceased, I am going to invoice the council 45p per mile for my fortnightly visit to the recycling centre with my cardboard.
Also £6.08, which is based on minimum wage, for an hour of my time, in total based on a return journey for the period of 26 weeks this will amount to £262.08
