Shrewsbury man accused of filming up a woman's skirt in London at court
A man accused of filming up a woman's skirt during a wedding reception at a pub in London last summer appeared before magistrates.

Collin Jeffrey Lieberg, 33, of Hill's Lane in Shrewsbury, faces one charge of outraging public decency at the Oyster Shed, which is by the River Thames, on July 26 last year, namely behaving in an indecent manner by taking images on his mobile phone of a women under her skirt.
He appeared for the first time at City of London Magistrates Court yesterday.
He elected crown court trial and was bailed to appear at the Old Bailey for a preliminary hearing on September 24.
