Two arrested in early morning Shrewsbury drugs raid
A teenager and a woman have been arrested and a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs seized after an early morning raid by police in Shrewsbury.
Police officers carried out a warrant at an address in Long Row, Ditherington, at around 7.35am this morning.
A large quantity of suspected Class A drugs was seized from the address and two people were arrested.
A 17-year-old man from Liverpool and a 37-year-old woman from Shrewsbury were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A controlled drugs.
They remain in police custody at this time.
