Shrewsbury man, 42, accused of burgling pub in town
A Shrewsbury man has appeared in court accused of burgling a pub in the town.

Sian McConnell is accused of breaking into the Seven Stars pub in Old Coleham and taking goods including three TVs and two charity boxes , three cash boxes from gaming machines and an unknown quantity of spirits and alcohol.
The offence is said to have happened between December 30 and January 1.
McConnell, 42, of Middletown Square, Shrewsbury, is also accused of attempting to burgle the staff residence above the pub.
He appeared at Telford Magistrates Court yesterday and was remanded in custody to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on January 11.
