Inquest date over Shropshire farmer's death

An inquest will be held into the death of a farmer who became trapped under machinery.

The hearing inquest into Norman Henry Smith's death will take place at Shirehall, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday.

The 66-year-old died on September 28 after he was trapped under machinery at his property, Brook House Farm, in Lower Wood, near Church Stretton.

The inquest will be held by Shropshire coroner John Ellery at the Shirehall in Shrewsbury.
