Tesco in Welshpool has confirmed that from February 29 restrictions will be put in place stopping people parking their cars at the supermarket all day.

Anybody who stays longer than the three hours will face a fine.

This comes after five years of people being able to use the car park for free.

A spokesman said: "Parking will remain free for three hours giving our customers time to use the store and the town centre."
