said competitors should arrive at the Shropshire County Showground by 7.30am on Sunday as many of the town centre roads will be closed for the event.

The race will start at 9am.

Competitors will then run along the river in the Quarry, through the historic town centre before heading out over the English Bridge to run a loop in the Kingsland estate.

After conquering Wyle Cop they will then head out to run the second half of the race in the Shropshire countryside along Ellesmere Road to Huffley Lane, before returning back to the showground along Berwick Road. Road closures will be in place for the duration of the race.
