Shifnal house fire: Man arrested for arson with intent
A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after a house fire in Shifnal.

The fire, at Botfield Road, resulted in a 21-year-old woman requiring treatment from paramedics.
It took place at around 5.30am on Wednesday January 6 and West Mercia Police now say they are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
A 50-year-old man has been arrested by police and remains in custody for questioning.
