Blaze in derelict Telford cottage
A road had to be closed this morning after a derelict cottage caught on fire.

Telford & Wrekin Council closed Hadley Road in Oakengates as two crews from Tweedale and Wellington fought the flames at around midnight.
Crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to put out the blaze in the first floor bedroom of the two storey cottage.
The fire service were called at 11.58pm on Saturday night after someone reported the property fire.
A spokesman for the fire service said that they would not be treating the incident as suspicious.
The fire lasted for just over an hour, with crews coming away from the building at 1.09pm this morning.
