40 bales of hay ablaze in barn fire near Bridgnorth
Three fire crews were sent out to tackle a barn fire with 40 bales of hay inside near Bridgnorth.

The fire service was alerted at 12.22pm today to the fire in Chorley, and three fire appliances including the incident support unit, the light pumping unit and the water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Cleobury Mortimer and Craven Arms.

An operations officer was also in attendance.
The barn was about six metres by four metres.Fire fighters used one hose reel jet, one jet, one covering jet, draghooks and forks.
The fire was under control in less than an hour.
