Pictures: Van blaze in Shrewsbury closes road
A road was closed in Shrewsbury today after a van went up in flames.

Firefighters from the town were called to the incident on Meadow Farm Drive at about 8.40am to reports of a van being ablaze.
A section of the road was closed while firefighters used breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
It is thought the blaze started in the engine compartment of the vehicle.
The fire was put out within 20 minutes.
