Fire guts saloon car in village
A car was gutted by fire in a Shropshire village on Sunday morning.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said the saloon car caught fire in Upton Magna at around 6am.
One fire engine from Shrewsbury rushed to the scene and used a hosereel jet to put the blaze out but the vehicle had been "fully destroyed by fire".
There were no reports of any injuries but West Midlands Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
