Saloon car '60 per cent damaged by fire' after crews tackle blaze
A fire crew had to tackle a blazing saloon car in a Shrewsbury road on Monday.

The fire in Mayfield Close saw Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service called at around 4.50pm.
A spokesperson for SFRS said the blaze was extinguished by crews wearing breathing apparatus by 5.10pm.
SFRS said the saloon was “60 per cent damaged by fire”.
