Lorry fire closes A49 at Ludlow
A lorry fire closed the A49 at Ludlow in both directions this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the fire, which was in the engine compartment of a milk tanker, at about 4.15pm today.
Fire crews used hose reel jets and thermal imaging cameras to tackle the fire.
Highways England and police were also sent to the scene.
