Three cars damaged in Telford car park blaze - with pictures
Three cars were damaged when one burst into flames on a car park at Telford Shopping Centre.
A total of three cars were caught in the fire at Brown Elm Car Park, the main car park used to visit the town's shopping centre.
The fire started in a blue Volkswagen before spreading to a blue Kia in front and slightly damaging a silver Vauxhall.
Crews were called to the fire just after 12.30pm this afternoon.
The owner of the Kia Rio involved in the fire, who asked not to be named, said: "Thank you to all who phoned the fire service and the service themselves.
"The quick response of the fire crews enabled me to salvage most of the content in my car, and thank you to Formula One Auto and car park attendees who helped deal with the situation."
Shropshire Fire and Rescue sent two fire appliances from Telford Central and Tweedale to the incident, which is not being treated as suspicious.

Fire crew manager Gareth Walker said: "We had reports of a car on fire. We initially mobilised one fire appliance but after receiving multiple calls, sent a second to deal with the incident, which we're not treating as suspicious.
"Thank you to whoever called in the fire as early as they did, which stopped it growing any bigger, and to what could have potentially spread over a number of vehicles.
"The owner of the initial car on fire has been identified and at this moment we are trying to locate the rest."
