Car fire on motorway at Telford
Fire fighters were scrambled to a car fire on the M54 in Telford on Wednesday evening.

At 5:51pm Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service control centre received a call reporting a car fire on the motorway westbound between junctions 3 and 4..
They sent three fire appliances from Tweedale and Wellington with an operations officer in attendance.
Crews used a dry powder extinguisher, a hose-reel jet and thermal imaging camera to deal with a small fire in the engine compartment.
Fire crews sent their stop message for the incident at 6.27pm.
