General election Shropshire Star survey: Have your say ahead of going to the polls

On June 8 Shropshire will go to the polls  for arguably one of the most important general elections in decades.

With Brexit looming, an emphatic victory for Theresa May will strengthen her arm in the EU negotiations.

Any ground being made up by Labour and the Liberal Democrats may point to more uncertainty ahead as Britain's future is decided both in London and Brussels.

Today the Shropshire Star is giving you the chance to have your say as the General Election campaign continues.

We aim to provide a snapshot of attitudes in the region, together with the issues that matter to you and an early indication of how you are going to vote. The nine simple questions can completed and submitted instantly online or you can fill them in on-paper and send them in.

You will have a few days to complete the Star survey, the results of which will be published in-paper and online.

The outcome will give a taste of the views of the people of Shropshire and hint at how the political wind is blowing throughout Shropshire and Mid Wales.
