Gardeners were handed awards for their prize-winning vegetables and flowers at a show in Telford. Exhibitors battled it out in dozens of categories at the Dawley Bank Flower and Vegetable Show.
Almost a dozen trophies were handed out at the show at Dawley Baptist Church, Park Road, on Saturday.
Sections included fruit and vegetables, as well as the 'most awe-inspiring giant vegetable', dahlias, flowers, pot plants, floral art, cookery, craft, beer and wine, photography, and four categories for young people.
The annual event also featured craft demonstrations, exhibits, a raffle, pet show, stilt walkers, a circus workshop, owls, a bouncy castle, stalls, live music and more.
The show was held to raise money for the Chron's And Colitis UK charity.
A spokeswoman for Dawley Bank Horticultural Show said: "Growing your own vegetables is an amazing experience. In a few short months seeds from a packet or plants from the green house are transformed into food on your plate.
"Local hands on craft demonstrations included quilting, lace making, spinning, art and card making, and visitors were able to try their hands at new skills."
