Waters Upton Neighbourhood Plan - Notice of Further Consultation Period

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Telford & Wrekin Council ("the Council") has produced a Submission ("the Submission") in respect of the latest version of the Waters Upton Neighbourhood Plan ("the Plan") and now invites representations in response to this Submission.

The Plan has been developed by the Parish Council to establish a long term view for the Waters Upton area and help deliver the local community's aspirations and needs for the plan period 2014 - 2031.

The Plan sets out a number of key objectives and planning policies which the Waters Upton Parish Council wishes to be used to help determine

planning applications in the Waters Upton area. The Plan is being referred to an independent person for independent examination.

The Submission sets out a number of matters which the Council has identified that it considers may be relevant to the Independent Examiner's determination.

A copy of the Submission and the Waters Upton Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documentation can be viewed on the Council website at: www.telford.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning.

Paper copies of the Submission and the Plan can be inspected at :

Sunday 8.00 am -12.00 noon

Representations on the Submission may be made to the Council up to no later than 5pm on 22nd July 2015 via the online Telford & Wrekin

Council Consultation Planning Portal accessed through www.telford.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning. The document can also be downloaded

from this site.

Any representations may include a request to be notified of Telford & Wrekin Council's decision whether or not to make the Plan by stating their, name, address and contact details in their representation.
