He will go straight into the Telford squad for the visit of the Bluebirds tomorrow, as Sinton's men go in search of their first Blue Square Bet Premier victory in nine attempts – a frustrating run dating back to September.
Chamberlain has come through the Academy ranks at Championship club Leicester and signed professional forms in December 2009.
The teenager has yet to make his debut for the first team but has been prolific at both youth and reserve levels.
He has been capped by Wales at under-17, under-19 and under-21 levels and has had two previous loan spells – at York City last season and at Stockport County earlier this term.
Chamberlain was the only new arrival yesterday on what was the loan deadline day for deals involving Football League clubs.
Sinton had been tracking two other un-named players but saw the moves collapse in the morning.
One piece of business that did go through though, was the loan of winger James Reid – a summer signing from Hinckley – to Evo-Stik League division one south side Ilkeston.
