The 24-year-old joins the New Bucks Head on a one-year deal after being National League North rivals Tamworth.

Preston became a popular figure when featuring for the Bucks between 2011-2014, where he made 70 appearances.

He was a part of a reliable Lambs backline last season, as Andy Morrell's side conceded fewer goals than any other side in the division.

The move comes after right-back Dwayne Samuels has committed to Rob Smith's Bucks. Telford also announced that six players have left the New Bucks Head.
