The 20-year-old shot-stopper, from Newport, played the last five National League North games for the Bucks during an initial one-month spell.
On staying for the remainder of the campaign, Burton said: "As soon as I heard, I was over the moon. It's my first ever loan that has been extended.
"When you get told that, it obviously means you have done something right in the games you have played. Hopefully I can do more to help keep Telford in the league."
He added: "I've loved it since I've been there. It's probably the best dressing room I've been in for a loan spell so far."
