Young Shrewsbury Town duo earn deals

Two Shrewsbury Town youngsters have earned professional contracts for next season.

From the batch of eight reaching the end of their two-year stint as scholars, midfield pair Ryan Woods and Elliot Turner have been offered a one-year and six-month contract respectively.

"They have the opportunity to come in with the professionals and see if they can adjust to the quicker training and the demands," said boss Graham Turner. "I'm confident both can."
