Car dealer William A Lewis opens new Shrewsbury business

A new car dealership has opened in Shrewsbury bringing a £500,000 investment into the area and creating eight jobs.

William A Lewis Nissan, in Featherbed Lane, has opened as a sister dealership to William A Lewis in Telford and is being overseen by dealer principal Mervyn Hughes.

Mr Hughes said: "It's encouraging that we've been able to create at least eight new jobs for the area at a time when many in the industry are finding conditions tough."
