Whitchurch company pumps in £5m scheme
A £5million scheme to turn food waste into green energy has made use of a Shropshire manufacturer's goods.

Landia in Whitchurch has provided to piped mixing system at the new, 11,000 tonne plant at Caernarfon in North Wales being built by food waste anaerobic digestion specialist Biogen.
Three Landia chopper pumps will be employed in the process.
Biogen's Julian Stelmasiak said: "Landia's chopper pumps play an important part in the process."
The plant will generate enough renewable electricity for 700 homes, and create high quality biofertiliser for farms in Gwynedd, and help its council reduce its waste sent to landfill.
