Sutton Farm's shopping parade, which includes 12 shops and five flats, has been bought by a national company. Commercial agent Halls, which sold the parade is keeping tight-lipped about who the buyer is but says the new owner intends to "invest" and "enhance" it.
The complex was sold in a "multi-million pound off market deal" said James Evans, manager of Halls Commercial in Shrewsbury. He said it would be business as usual for the tenants but they could benefit from the new owner's expertise.
