The Excellence in Business Awards 2015 will build on the platform that was laid down at this year's glittering event at RAF Museum Cosford, when hundreds of local business leaders turned out to celebrate a year of success in a variety of areas of commerce.

  • Business of the Year

  • Excellence in Learning & Skills

  • Young Business of the Year

  • Manufacturing Champion

  • Innovation Award

  • Small Business of the Year

  • Customer Champion

  • Best Place to Work

Whether manufacturing steel or harvesting strawberries, brand new businesses taking their first steps or those that are well established and part of the area's success – all companies in Shropshire and mid Wales are being invited to take part.

Some well-known organisations from the county's business landscape have put their names to the awards.

The campaign is free to enter, and there are eight categories on offer.

You have until Thursday, February 5 next year to enter the competition, but you must register with us in advance through the awards website: shropshire-eiba.co.uk

All the finalists, along with the sponsors and other members of the Shropshire business community, will enjoy a glittering awards ceremony at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford.

This year's evening was a fitting tribute to the very best of the region's business, and now it's time to make sure you are part of next year's celebrations by entering the Shropshire Star Excellence in Business Awards 2015.
