A multi-office building in Wellington has been sold by its owners Kingsland Estates.

The property at The Court in Church Street is occupied by the likes of Gap Personnel and YSS Limited.
Now it has been sold via commercial property agents Bradbury Commercial, having been on the market for £420,000.
Richard Bradbury, who acted on the sale, said: "We received a good level of interest in this.
"Investors were attracted by the well located building, good tenant mix, small affordable accommodation and large onsite parking."
