Both women have tried the diet themselves, with Sue losing two and a half stone and Kate losing three stone.

Kate said she first had the idea when she saw the diet on ITV2's hit programme The Only Way Is Essex.

She said: "After seeing it on television, I researched it and found out a friend had lost nine stone on the diet. A light came on in my head."

After achieving success on the diet, both women became consultants, and hope the expansion into new premises will bring customers from all over area.

The business is already operational although the pair are still waiting for the finished sign for their shop front.
