Llangollen Food Festival
A chef who has cooked for the Queen and created a birthday cake for superstar Celine Dion will be a star attraction at a top food festival.

Graham Tinsley will lead the North Wales Culinary Guild's demonstration at Hamper 2015 Llangollen Food Festival on October 17 and 18.
The newly relaunched guild's membership includes top chefs from all around North Wales. Mr Tinsley said: "We never put the audience off by cooking something so complicated that they wouldn't easily be able to try it themselves at home.
"Simplicity is the key to food festival workshops. People just love picking up great new tips and gradually improving their own skills."
