Chirk Castle has launched a series of weekend conservation tours during which visitors will be able to see how the furniture, pictures and other exhibits are looked after.
House and collection manager Karen George said: "The tours will discuss what can cause damage to our collection and interiors and the preventative measures we put in place to minimise this."
The 45-minute tours are free, but the normal admission fee to the castle is required. Castle admission is free to National Trust members.
The weekend tours run until February 21.
