Teenager Paige Richards found the perfect tonic for one of her regular hospital visits - a date on the red carpet with actor Sacha Baron Cohen.
The 19-year-old from Trewern, near Welshpool, not only managed to persuade the star of the new film Grimsby to use her phone to take a selfie of them, but then found herself featured in a video on his Instagram and Facebook pages.

Paige has to visit London regularly for check-ups for her painful condition, a rare form of cysts on her spine.
Earlier this week her family decided to turn the trip into a birthday celebration for her mum, Nikki, which including a meal out in the Leicester Square area.
Nikki said: "We were walking past one of the cinemas when we were asked if we wanted wristbands to stand at the barriers to watch the stars arrive for the premiere of the film Grimsby.
"We were right at the front and when Sacha Baron Cohen arrived. Paige shouted to him that her phone battery was running out and he was fantastic. He came over and posed for a selfie. She was absolutely delighted.
"Then we started getting texts from friends to say that he had put a video up on his Instagram with Paige on it.
"It was a real treat and a great pick-me-up for Paige as this condition is really getting her down."
The actor, best know as Borat, Ali G and Bruno, plays football hooligan Nobby in the new film.
