Revellers enjoyed 10 hours of music-fuelled entertainment and a family fun day at the Clive Barracks at Tern Hill near Market Drayton.

Throughout the day, there was plenty of entertainment for all the family including a military tug of war, an iron ranger competition, funfair, a dance club, as well as military and emergency service stands and even some inflatables.

For those who came to rock, there was a raft of live music on offer from the Hive Community Band, powerful three-piece Plutonium, Beth Prior, Folky Nel and even the UK's only Snow Patrol tribute band – So Patrol. No stranger to the local music scene having played at Rock and Bowl, and Future Fest in Market Drayton, 15-year-old Lilly Boughey from the town also wowed the crowd with her guitar, some of her own songs, with even a few covers thrown in.

The 1st Battalion The Royal Irish Regiment have spent the last few months organising the event.

Their Bugles, Pipes and Drums band also performed at the festival.

The not-for-profit event raised funds for ABF The Soldiers' Charity, The Royal Irish Benevolent Fund and Midlands Air Ambulance.
