Anthropoid will be shown at Cineworld in Telford from next week.
The Old Market Hall Cinema in Shrewsbury will also show the film from the start of November, with staff saying tickets are likely to go on early release.
Anthropoid tells the story of Czechoslovakian patriots Josef Gabcik and Jan Kubis, who lived on the Shropshire border before taking on their wartime mission.
Released last week, the film starring Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy is not yet being shown in any cinemas in Shropshire.
