Comedian Rich Hall coming to Mid Wales

Comedian Rich Hall will be in Mid Wales next month with his latest show.

The star of numerous critically-acclaimed BBC Four documentaries will be at the Hafren in Newtown on October 7 with Rich Hall: Live 2016.

The award-winning Montana native is renowned for his expertly crafted tirades, quick-fire banter and musical sequences.

He has also become well known for his television and radio work.

Notable UK appearances include regular appearances on Channel 4's Very British Problems and Stand Up For The Week, Have I Got News For You, Rich Hall's Cattle Drive, Rich Hall's Gone Fishing, Otis Lee Crenshaw – London Not Tennessee, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, QI and Live At The Apollo on the BBC, and Channel 4's Comedy Gala Live At The O2.

His most recent BBC Four documentary was Rich Hall's Californian Stars.

Hall has also written for The David Letterman Show, which won him two Emmy's.

He was also the inspiration behind Matt Groening's character Moe Szyslak from The Simpsons.
