Folk outfit head for Much Wenlock arts centre gig

An Edinburgh-based string band will bring its take on roots and folk music to Shropshire.

Southern Tenant Folk Union will perform at the Edge Arts Centre at William Brookes School in Much Wenlock next month.

In September, the band released its seventh album Join Forces. The band consists of Rory Butler, guitar and lead vocals, Steve Fivey, percussion, Craig Macfadyen, double bass, Pat McGarvey, banjo and vocals and Katherine Stewart on fiddle and vocals

The show will take place on November 4 at 8pm and tickets will cost £12 and £10 for concessions.
