Jack Price, aged eight, who attends Whitchurch Junior School, was selected from thousands of young dancers after he auditioned for the concert – part of the singer's Purpose Tour in Manchester.

He travelled to the event with his mother Emma and watched the show backstage before his performance.

Emma, 34, said the experience was 'unforgettable'.

She said: "It is something he will never forget.

"We were treated like VIPs and it was amazing.

"When we got there we went backstage and Jack had the opportunity to perform on the rehearsal stage twice. We then came back at 7pm and watched the whole show by the stage until 9.45pm.

"Jack then met Justin Bieber on stage as he doesn't do meet and greets anymore.

"Justin had a good chat to Jack – he asked him what his name was and got the audience to join in.

"Jack had to freestyle and then dance the routine he learnt with Justin.

"He was really nice to Jack and Jack enjoyed every second.

"There were three other children who got to perform with Justin.

"Jack was not nervous at all – he was having the time of his life. Seeing my little boy on stage was amazing – I was shaking.

"He loved it."

Jack's father Steve watched the show in the audience.

He said: "It was absolutely unbelievable. It was such an amazing experience."

Jack qualified for the competition after winning regional and national competitions.

And at the UDO World Street Dance Championships in 2014, he was finally crowned best in the world for his age group.

His father added: "We are all so proud of Jack he has done amazingly well."
