Alice Cooper to play Birmingham

Shock rock icon Alice Cooper will perform in Birmingham next year, it has been announced.

The star - who last came to the city in support of Mötley Crüe in November 2015 - will play the Barclaycard Arena.

Alice, now aged 68, is best known for a range of hits, including School's Out, Poison, No More Mr Nice Guy and Feed My Frankenstein.

The legend, known for helping to shape the sound and look of heavy metal, will play the Birmingham show on Tuesday, November 14.
