Vanilla Ice, Salt-N-Pepa and Coolio among acts to play Birmingham on I Love The 90s Tour

Nineties stars Vanilla Ice, Coolio and Salt-N-Pepa are set to perform in Birmingham next year, it has been announced.

Joining them on the I Love The 90s tour will be Color Me Badd, Tone L?c and Young MC.

Vanilla Ice, now aged 49, is an American rapper, actor and TV host. He is best known for 1990 hit Ice Ice Baby.

Coolio, meanwhile, now 53, is most famous for 1995 number Gangsta's Paradise. He was also known for rapping the theme song for the late 1990s Nickelodeon series Kenan & Kel.

Colour Me Badd formed in Oklahoma back in 1987 - and their biggest hit was with 1991 hit I Wanna Sex You Up.

Tone L?c, meanwhile, had hits with 1989 songs Funky Cold Medina and Wild Thing.

Lastly, London-born Young MC is best known for 1989 hit Bust A Move. He is now 49.

They will all play the Barclaycard Arena on Saturday, October 7.

Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 10am.
