Shrewsbury's Dana Prison open for Easter tours
Shrewsbury's former Dana prison is holding a host of events over the Easter holidays.
The jail is open for self-guided tours and guided tours, as well as special events including escape rooms and live music.
On Friday, an Easter special event is taking place from 7pm with free entry. Suitable only for over 18s, participants will experience the scare maze and battle archery before heading to the bar for a drink.
To end the school break, the prison is holding another night of Music Behind Bars. With an Indie Rock feel, Andy O'Brien and Little Ghost will be supporting headliners, Savannah on Friday 21.
Tours of the jail don't have a minimum age but guided tours come with a parental guidance warning.
Guided Tours are available at 12pm and 3pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Self Guided Tours are available daily from 10am.
