Wolverhampton actor to interview behind the scenes at London Fashion Week
A Wolverhampton-based actor is to interview supermodels and celebrities behind the scenes at London Fashion Week today before presenting the BFI London Film Festival in October.
Kiran Rai, who lived in Dunstall Hill prior to launching his acting career, is to interview all the biggest Bollywood designers back stage at the famous fashion event, including star designers Sabya Sachi and Elan and Guarav Gupta.
Mr Rai has previously hosted events including India Fashion Week, Asian Bride Live and Pakistan Fashion Week.
He said: "I am excited to work alongside these fantastic people, I'm sure I will enjoy every minute of it."
Mr Rai has also presented at event Aashani and CO held at the Dorchester Hotel, London, last year.
Aashani and CO is a wedding show that hosts in the hotel once a year alongside more than 12 top fashion designers from Mumbai or Pakistan.
The actor is to then be involved in the BFI London Film Festival which runs from October 4 to 15 this year.
