The Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum singer/songwriter will play Arena Birmingham in support of her new album.

The record includes hit songs such as album-titled track Tell Me You Love Me, and Sorry Not Sorry.

Sorry Not Sorry flew into the top five on the iTunes Charts in 2017, and is now certified double-platinum. The hit has garnered more than 500 million streams, climbed to number one on the viral charts, and has more than 290 million views for its house party video.

Demi's career began in 2002 when she made her debut as a child actress in Barney and Friends. She rose to prominence with a role in the Disney Channel television film Camp Rock, and released her debut single This Is Me in 2008, which peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100.

The singer has since gone on to release six full-length albums and win a number of accolades; including an MTV Video Music Award, 13 Teen Choice Awards, five People's Choice Awards, an ALMA Award, and a Latin American Music Award.

The LA star also released a documentary film, Simply Complicated, which has amassed more than 13 million views to date.

Outside the entertainment industry, the artist has been involved with several social and environmental causes since the launch of her career. In 2013 she was cited for her dedication as a mentor to teens and young adults with mental health challenges at a National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day in Washington.

Demi Lovato will play Arena Birmingham on June 12.
