Telford's Wakes to host singers Tom Baxter and Anne-Marie Allen for national celebration
Telford's Wakes hub will host singers Tom Baxter and Anne-Marie Allen as part of a week-long celebration of live music venues.
Both songwriters will perform as part of Independent Venue Week a celebration of music venues around the country.
The Wakes, in Theatre Square, Limes Road, was selected to participate by the organisers of the seven-day effort.
Inspired by the likes of Tracy Chapman and Nina Simone Birmingham based Anne-Marie's distinct sound captivates audiences who enjoy soul, funk and blues with a hint of reggae and folk.
The vocalists will be on stage on February. Tickets cost £10 and available from the venue every day except Sundays from 9.30m to 3pm.
