TV show being filmed at Shrewsbury's Dana Prison
A TV company is taking no prisoners while filming a new pilot show in Shrewsbury.
Called Love Locked Down, the show sees three couples locked inside Shrewsbury's Dana Prison for three days while they have to complete a set of challenges which put their relationship to the test.
Joel Campbell, CEO of the Campbell Group which runs the prison said: "It’s actually a pilot episode being made by a small production outfit, who will show it online via YouTube and Facebook. Its due to be released in four to six weeks time.
"If the pilot is successful then it may get commissioned into a full series, like Big Brother or I’m A Celebrity."
The prison will reopen tomorrow.
